I love sleep, don’t you?
The problem that I have is that I have trouble with my neck at times and suffer from mild sleep apnea – one of the things suggested to me was to get a better pillow to support my neck while sleeping.
I have had a few different memory foam pillows all of which have been ok. But eventually they seem to lose their effectiveness.
Last year I was in the market for a new pillow as I was getting a lot of problems with dizziness after waking up (not alcohol induced either)
Whilst searching online I came across eve. A British firm specialising in a new generation of memory foam products.
The pillow is designed with a cooling system inside it so that it also breathes to keep you cool while you sleep and it’s core is made with hypoallergenic properties so that it keeps nasty bacteria and mould away from you.
When you first lay on the pillow you slowly sink into it as it distributes the pressure so that your circulation is increased and you get the most of your nights sleep. I sleep mainly on my side but on occasions when I have slept on my back or front the pillow has never failed to support me.
At first it took me a while to get used to the thickness of the pillow, it is quite large and the amount of foam in there is designed to be firm so that you get the support you need. But now I don’t think that I will ever go back to using anything else. It supports my neck perfectly and as a result I have slept a lot better as my sleep apnea symptoms have lessened as a result 😀
Now, because you buy online direct from eve there isn’t a way in which you can give it a try in your local mattress shop. But at eve they have got that covered, as when you purchase the pillow you also get a 30 night trial – if you’re not 100% satisfied then you can return it for a full refund and free return on the item.
Should you want to keep your pillow then you get a three year warranty so if it fails within this time then you simply get sent a new one!
Now, the price… For some £59 for a pillow might seem a bit too much. In normal circumstances I might agree with you. But from someone who has spend a fair amount on pillows in the past I think that it is worth that price from the benefits I gain in using it. Plus if you don’t like it then you can send it back with no hassle at all.
